2. Product Information We try our best to display colors and images accurately. However, as many of our items may feature artisanal craftsmanship, slight variations in texture or color are part of the unique charm of the product.

3. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, where our headquarters are located.

  • However, we prioritize our relationship with you. In the unlikely event of a dispute, we agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally and amicably via email. We value our reputation in the US market and will do our best to adhere to standard international consumer protection practices.

4. User Conduct Please use our site respectfully. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time (though we hope we never have to!).

Shipping Policy

We Bring the East to Your Doorstep.

At Buluba, we curate unique treasures from Dehua, China, and ship them directly to you. We believe in transparency and simplicity.

1. Shipping Costs & Duties

  • Free Shipping: We are delighted to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders to the United States.
  • No Surprise Fees: We cover all customs duties and taxes. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

2. Processing Time Please allow us 3 business days to carefully inspect and package your order. We treat every item like a piece of art to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

3. Delivery Estimates Once shipped, your order will typically arrive within 7-15 business days.

  • Carriers we trust: USPS, UNI, YWE.
  • Note: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our studio.

4. Where We Ship From Your items are shipped directly from our facility in Fujian, China. While international shipping takes a little longer than domestic mail, we promise the unique quality of Buluba is worth the wait.

We want you to love what you ordered. But we also understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Since we are shipping internationally, we aim to resolve issues in the most eco-friendly and hassle-free way possible.

1. 30-Day Window You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to report any issues to us.

2. Damaged or Defective Items? If your item arrives damaged or has a quality issue, we are truly sorry.

  • No need to return it: Please simply take a photo of the damage and email us at Hello@buluba.life.

  • Your Solution: We will offer you a full refund or send a free replacement immediately. We cover all costs.

3. Changed Your Mind? If the item is in perfect condition but you feel it’s just not for you:

  • Let’s Talk: Please email us before mailing anything back. International return shipping can be expensive and complicated.

  • Our “Keep It” Solution: Often, we can offer a partial refund or a store credit for you to keep the item (perhaps gift it to a friend?) instead of paying for return shipping. We are very flexible and want to ensure you are happy.

4. Refunds Once a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method (PayPal, Card, etc.) within 7 business days
